Signing Up for Service

There are three (3) ways that you can begin service with the PUD

• Visit our office and our customer service staff will help you get signed up

• Call our office (509-758-1010) and our customer service staff will help you or

• Complete the Service Connection form and submit it to the PUD

To submit your request to begin service with the PUD, just click on the link below, complete the form and submit the form to the PUD by clicking the button at the top of the page that says "Submit to PUD".  When you click this button, your email program will open.  Write us a note if you'd like and then click "send" to submit it to the PUD.  Service will start on the date you specify on the form.  In addition, you can print a copy and mail it or drop it by the PUD office.
